As you exit water…..velcro, then unzip wetsuit, take off to waist, remove goggles and cap….. drop goggles and cap, pull wetsuit to knees, step on each leg to remove….

bend over, wash/dry feet, socks then shoes…stand up, sunglasses, gloves, helmet, BUCKLE….grab bike and go…

Towards the end of your bike, increase cadence. Rack bike, unclip/remove helmet, ditch sunglasses, bend down to remove bike shoes and put on running shoes. Pick up hat and race belt as you stand up and start running…
